Wisher and the Runaway Piglet by Georgie Adams (before I've read it)

This is probably a series book because it says The Railway Rabbits at the top.

Front Cover:
This cover is quite a neat one with a picture at the top. Below that the title and underneath that the author, Georgie Adams, and illustrator, Anna Currey. Two questions I've got in my head already are: Why is the background color green? Is it just because of Orion or does it have a message behind the story?!?! And, does the bridge there on in the picture have anything to do with it? But neither I nor you know until my second post is out.

Blurb:
As I said, these books are obviously a series because guess what it says Join the Railway Rabbits: Barley, Mellow, Bramble, Bracken, Berry, Fern and Wisher Longears in their adventures. Just like the cover the blurb is simple, not giving much info away about the book. It only gives you 3 or 4 bits of info and they are Wisher hears about a runaway piglet, Wisher is a she and the piglet is a he and Wisher decides to help the pig to get back to the farm. From reading the blurb it already tells me that Wisher is quite a helpful character and good with any animal whether it bigger or smaller than her. Without looking through the book I can tell that Anna Currey is a very talented artist because of the beautiful drawing on the front and the back.

I'm really looking forward to reading this book.

  1. This book sounds good! I found out about Peace One Day (for the word Peace) which a guy called Jeremy founded in 1999.
