Forbidden Friends by Anne-Marie Conway (before I've read it)

My sister has read this book before and she said it was AMAZING! So let's see if she's right.

 Front Cover:
The first thing I noticed when I looked at the front cover was the question written on it: What happens when the perfect summer turns sour? Now that's intriguing me. The second thing I notice is that at the top of the front cover it's all nice and sunny then gradually, as it gets nearer the bottom, it gets darker and cloudier. And the third thing I notice is that there's one stray balloon with the name of the title around it: Forbidden Friends. Now I'm thinking, what does all these things have to do with the book? Maybe the Blurb will answer my question.

Blurb:
Be prepared for some deep suspense as the following sentences are about to make your mind whir... Here we go:

When Lizzie and Bee meet on holiday, it feels as if they were always meant to be friends. Escaping their parents and exploring, everything seems perfect in the hot summer sun.

But as the two girls grow closer, some strange questions rise to the surface... Is Lizzie really an only child? Why has Bee's dad disappeared? And why, as the holiday comes to an end, are the two girls forbidden from seeing each other again?

Could one dark secret from the past hold the answer? Could one fateful night keep Lizzie and Bee apart... for ever?

Too. Many. QUESTIONS. I just need to read the book. So I am going to. You'll hear my review on it soon but right now, I'm off to read this extremely suspenseful book.

Keep being awesome,
- Ines
